SALISBURY, N.C. – Bottom Dollar Food is excited to announce the launch of its FRESHDOWN! Facebook Sweepstakes, which offers customers the opportunity to win $1,000 in gameday groceries this football season when they shop “fresh.”
Customers can participate in the sweepstakes September 5 through October 9 by visiting the Bottom Dollar Food Facebook page and registering their 12-digit Membership Card number. Each time a customer purchases a fresh item, either meat or produce, in any Bottom Dollar Food store during the campaign dates, he or she will receive an additional sweepstakes entry. During the campaign, there will be weekly Special Buys on meat and produce featured in two exclusive, chef-created tailgate themed recipes to help customers save even more on Bottom Dollar Food’s already unbelievably low prices.
“At Bottom Dollar Food, we consider offering customers the lowest prices on fresh meat and produce a touchdown,” said Bottom Dollar Food Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy Leslie Atkinson. “We’re pleased to bring this fun, fresh and affordable giveaway to our customers this football season as they shop for tailgates and other occasions.”
Customers who enter the sweepstakes will also be eligible for weekly drawings for $50 Bottom Dollar Food gift cards. Sweepstakes participants can view cooking demos and chef-created, affordable recipes on the Bottom Dollar Food Facebook page during the campaign. The grand prize winner, who will receive $1,000 in Bottom Dollar Food groceries, will be announced in early November.
Customers that do not currently have a Bottom Dollar Food Membership Card can sign up for a card for free in any Bottom Dollar Food store, or online at www.bottomdollarfood.com.
