FACT: Stores grossing more than $5 million on average with an average square footage of 18,000. REALITY in 2013

FACT: An acquisition by LIDL would have enabled this German low price grocer access to markets in the U.S.

FACT: Thousands of jobs would have been saved in three states. Most of these former Bottom Dollar Food associates WILL NOT find comparable employment elsewhere in their community
